Description: Resembling a board form concrete wall this work talks to whitewashing and the impact of the missionaries on Cook Island's society and culture. The text embedded bottom left reads Ture X and Caution a reference to the "Blue Laws" number 10 which outlawed and punished those tattooing and being tattooed.
