Description: Originally shown at Hastings City Art Gallery as part of the exhibition Modern with a Petit m in 2018, the Form series references Barbara Hepworth and addresses the longevity of modernist design cues. The forms are cast from plywood cut from old school chairs noting the iconic nature of international modernism while acknowledging the urban environments of Aotearoa.
